Roaming in bsnl evdo is now available within your circle. By circle its meant your state. You can roam with your evdo card anywhere within your state.
Though roaming is technically available in BSNL EVDO, its not practically smooth when you roam with the evdo card even inside your house. Hope they will fix these issues soon.
