Srinagar, Jan 23: The subscribers of BSNL EVDO have urged the general manager Kashmir province to intervene since the service at Rainawari has been erratic for months.
The subscribers complained that despite promises by largest telecom service provider, it has failed to deliver those when it came to connectivity.
“I purchased the Haier instrument from BSNL last year at Rs 4000 cost and the service provider promised me uninterrupted service and better than other private players. Yet I haven’t seen the day when it gets disconnected and I have to pay Rs 650 per month for nothing,” said a woman subscriber from Rainawari.
According to her and others who in form of delegation visited Greater Kashmir office said that speed is slow and erratic.
Adding to the woes of BSNL subscribers, they are unaware about any complaint cell when it comes to EVDO services.... Read more of this...
